Tony Leal is a Middle Tennessee real estate professional and Co-Founder of T.A. Sycamore and Associates who brings an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach to every transaction. With experience in both real estate and residential construction, Tony offers his clients a perspective that goes beyond simply buying or selling a home. He understands property value, renovations, investment potential, and what it takes to effectively position a home in today’s market.
A Vanderbilt University graduate, Tony combines his education with real-world experience as a real estate investor and entrepreneur. As a bilingual agent fluent in English and Spanish (and armed with just enough Italian to get himself into a conversation) Tony enjoys connecting with people from all backgrounds and building relationships that last beyond the closing table.
Whether he’s representing a first-time buyer, marketing a luxury property, evaluating land, or helping an investor identify their next opportunity, Tony approaches every transaction with the same focus: strong communication, thoughtful strategy, and relentless follow-through.
When he’s not working, you’ll usually find Tony playing tennis, working out, or trying a new restaurant somewhere around Nashville. For Tony, real estate is about more than closing deals, it’s about becoming someone his clients can rely on before, during, and long after the transaction.
